Larry is the President of the Currie Tech Corporation, the leading US developer and of electric bicycles that are marketed under the brands IZIP, eFLOW and Haibike electric bicycles, and has been with the company since May of 2002.
Prior to joining Currie and getting involved with electric bicycles, Larry has had years of experience within the bicycle industry. He was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the bicycle division at Schwinn and GT and also held Senior Sales and Marketing Management roles at Brunswick Bicycle Division, the former owner of Mongoose Bicycles. He has also held Sales Management roles at Bell Sports, Service Cycle Corporation and Derby Cycle Corporation. He owned and operated Bike Tech Stores, a successful chain of Specialty Bicycle shops in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1978 to 1990 and has served on the board of the National Bicycle Dealers Association as a Director. Currently Larry serves as a Director of the Light Electric Vehicle Association (LEVA) and the California Electric Bicycle Association (CALEBA).
