Ramsay is the Program Director of NECA Project Development. NECA Project Development is the dedicated project development program of the National Electrical Contractors Association. Through NECA Project Development, Ramsay helps NECA Contractors, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and their partners develop sustainable real estate and energy projects. NECA Project Development has won several industry awards for its projects and leadership in the development of net-zero energy projects. Ramsay holds a Master of Arts from New York University in Sustainable Finance.
