CARB Releases Updated AB 32 Scoping Plan; Approval Expected in December

The California Air Resources Board will approve the final version of the AB 32 Scoping Plan in December, setting in motion the United States' most ambitious legislative effort to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases to date and generating a whole new market for clean and green technology in California.

AB 32, also known as the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006, is on the cutting edge of state and federal legislation addressing cimate change and greenhouse gas emissions.
