Aaron Lapsley is Chief Technology Officer at Hyroad Energy, where he leads the development of technology platforms, data systems, and digital infrastructure powering Hyroad's hydrogen fueling and FCEV trucking operations. He drives the company's product and digital strategy, manages its intellectual property and design portfolio, and oversees systems engineering for hydrogen refueling infrastructure — connecting operational realities on the ground with scalable systems built for growth.

Aaron brings 20 years of experience across engineering, management consulting, and technology leadership. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, Texas, and Colorado.
