Aaron Ordower

Environment Deputy, LA County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath

Aaron Ordower is Environment Deputy for Supervisor Lindsey Horvath and is responsible for policy initiatives and project implementation involving environmental justice, water, energy, waste, and climate change adaptation.   

Throughout his career, Aaron has worked on environmental sustainability, urban infrastructure, and economic development at organizations including the Los Angeles City Council, New York City Mayor’s Office, the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and the World Bank.   

Aaron earned his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and BA from UC Berkeley.  Aaron grew up in the Third District and loves working with its diverse communities to promote an equitable and sustainable LA County for all residents.
