Alycia Gilde is Chief Strategy Officer for Climate Action Partnerships at the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department, where she leads cross-sector initiatives focused on advancing climate resilience, clean energy deployment, sustainable infrastructure, and regional decarbonization strategies across Los Angeles County. She has worked across public, private, and nonprofit sectors on initiatives related to climate action, clean technology, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale systems change. Her experience includes developing partnerships designed to integrate innovation, workforce development, and community resilience into climate implementation efforts.
