Brianna Daniels, PE, CDT is a Principal with 25 years of experience leading complex infrastructure and site development projects across the western U.S. She brings a unique perspective at the intersection of digital infrastructure and water systems, with experience supporting hyperscale data center development from site selection through entitlement, design, and construction, alongside engineering leadership for advanced manufacturing and semiconductor facilities.

Brianna has managed multidisciplinary teams to deliver fast-tracked, large-scale projects, including confidential data center campuses and utility-intensive developments requiring coordinated water, wastewater, and drainage solutions at scale. Her background also includes extensive delivery of water transmission, recycled water systems, and underground utility infrastructure, grounding her understanding of the real constraints behind “closed-loop” water strategies.

She is well positioned to speak to the practical realities of water use in data center development—bridging planning, permitting, and construction to bring a more integrated, on-the-ground perspective to the conversation.
