Gerro Prinsloo is Director of Sales at AlumaPower Corporation, where he leads commercial strategy and customer engagement for the company’s aluminum-fueled clean energy systems. In this role, Prinsloo works with utilities, data center operators, infrastructure developers, and industrial partners to advance deployment of AlumaPower’s long-duration, zero-emission power technology designed to replace diesel generators and support resilient distributed energy systems.Prinsloo brings a multidisciplinary background spanning renewable energy systems, smart microgrids, intelligent energy management, and advanced control systems. Prior to joining AlumaPower, he conducted research and technical work focused on cyber-physical systems, microgrid optimization, distributed energy resources, and AI-enabled energy management platforms. His academic and engineering work has explored renewable power generation, transactive energy systems, smart city integration, and off-grid electrification strategies.
