John Flory is President of the Clean Hydrogen Buyers Alliance (CH2BA) and collaborates closely with Gulf Energy Catalyst on initiatives focused on accelerating clean hydrogen market development, carbon intensity standards, certification systems, and long-term hydrogen commercialization strategies. He is widely recognized for his expertise in energy market infrastructure, environmental commodities, and clean energy trading systems. Flory brings more than four decades of experience across the energy and environmental markets, spanning electric power systems, commodity trading, market operations, and emerging clean energy sectors. Over the course of his career, he has worked with utilities, regulators, market operators, and private-sector companies to design and implement market structures that support efficient, transparent, and scalable energy transactions.
