Lamont B. Cobb is an urban planning professional and public servant dedicated to community-centered development, equitable land use policy, and regional planning. He currently serves as the Director of Planning and Land Use (and Chief of Staff) for Los Angeles City Councilmember Imelda Padilla in Council District 6. In this role, he leads policy analysis, oversees land development projects, and manages legislative strategy aimed at improving neighborhood outcomes across the San Fernando Valley.
