Loni Mahanta is Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer at HopSkipDrive, where she leads legal, policy, communications, marketing, safety, and people. She is currently leading HopSkipDrive's company-wide AI transformation initiative, focused on how organizations actually change the way they work, not just which tools they adopt. She previously served as COO and General Counsel at The AI Education Project, which partners with school districts across the country on AI readiness and AI literacy for students and teachers. Before that, she held senior roles at OpenSea, Zillow Group, and Lyft, where as VP of Future of Work she led the company's approach to labor policy and workforce design. She earned her JD from UC College of the Law San Francisco, and her BA from Stanford University
