Dr. Nancy E. Ryan has spent her career working for effective, data-driven regulatory solutions in the electricity, transportation and water industries. She brings a 360-degree perspective to her work, grounded in her experience as a regulator, consultant, environmental advocate and academic. At eMobility Advisors she helps businesses devise and execute regulatory strategies to enter and thrive in the dynamic markets for electric-drive vehicles, charging services, and vehicle-grid-integration solutions. Her clients range from technology start-ups to global automakers. Previously Nancy was a partner at Energy + Environmental Economics (E3), served at the California Public Utilities Commission as a commissioner and advisor to the President, and taught applied economics at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy for a dozen years.
