Rob Alexander is Co-Founder and CEO of AlumaPower Corporation, a Canadian clean energy technology company developing aluminum-based power generation systems designed to provide long-duration, zero-emission energy for critical infrastructure, transportation, and industrial applications. Since co-founding the company in 2017, Alexander has led AlumaPower’s efforts to commercialize its proprietary Galvanic Generator™ technology, which converts recycled aluminum into high-density, dispatchable electrical power. Under Alexander’s leadership, AlumaPower has emerged as a prominent player in the long-duration energy storage and alternative fuels sector. The company’s modular systems are being developed for applications including data centers, microgrids, military energy systems, telecommunications, water treatment infrastructure, and electric mobility. AlumaPower’s technology has attracted growing attention for its potential to provide resilient, grid-independent energy using recyclable aluminum fuel with no point-of-use greenhouse gas emissions. Alexander brings more than three decades of leadership experience across cleantech, automotive, manufacturing, finance, and advanced product development. Prior to founding AlumaPower, he served as President of R. Alexander & Co., where he specialized in startups, operational turnarounds, and strategic growth initiatives.
