Mr. Sasahara is highly experienced person in Shipping and/or Energy business, for more than 20 years.

In prior to his assignment in USA as a Managing Director of NYK Group Americas, he was in charge of and taking the lead of New Energy, LNG/Ammonia Bunkering business development and CCUS Value Chain(Incl. Co2 Transportation) in NYK group.

Also, he took the lead in NYK of the investment in upstream and midstream LNG projects worldwide, namely, the Wheatstone LNG project in Australia, the Cameron LNG Project in USA and a few more which didn’t reach FID.

Various experience in project financing and tax leasing structured financing of LNG projects.
