Biography:
Albert Lee is a senior investment professional who joined the University of California (UC) Regents Investment Office in January 2015. The UC manages a portfolio of investments totaling ~$125 billion, which includes endowment, pension, retirement, and cash assets. Mr. Lee invests the Real Assets portfolio which includes funds, co-investments and select direct investments in infrastructure, new energy, metals & mining, and agriculture. Prior to joining the UC, Mr. Lee was an investment banking Director in the Global Natural Resources Group at Barclays / Lehman Brothers. He earned his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and B.S. in Engineering at Columbia University.
