
Kevin is currently a Program Manager at SocalGas working on policy, strategy and external relations on a variety of issues, with a specialization in the transportation sector. He has almost 20 years of experience in the transportation and environmental world in a variety of roles. Prior to coming to SoCalGas, Kevin was the Assistant Director of Environmental Operations at BNSF Railway where he oversaw air, carbon and policy issues nationwide; the Air Quality Supervisor at the Port of Los Angeles where he oversaw the air team in developing and implementing breakthrough programs to track and reduce air emissions; and the contract Environmental Manager for the Alameda Corridor East. He has a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California. Kevin also is an instructor at CalState Long Beach’s Global Logistics Program.
